·      Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and will be dispatched within 5 business days from Brisbane, Australia.

·      During peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

·      Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

·      Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days to most metropolitan areas. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

·      International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.
