Guidelines for Refunds and Returns

Overview

At Wrigley Worms Publishing, we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Our refund policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

·      Refunds are available for items that are received defective or damaged They must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

·      Items must be in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Requesting a Refund

1.        Contact us at pauline@wrigleywormspublishing.com.au to initiate your refund request.

2.        Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant documentation (e.g., photos for damaged items).

3.        Return the item to the nominated address provided by our team. Return postage costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4.        Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

·      If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

·      If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at pauline@wrigleywormspublishing.com.au.

·      Refunds for sale items will be issued at the sale price paid.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian consumer law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair under the law.
